Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience at OnlineCE.com, but if that is not the case, we’d like to hear from you.

If you are not 100% satisfied with a course you have selected, STOP, and contact us immediately at support@onlinece.com. If you have not completed the course, we would be able to provide you with a replacement course of equal or lesser value.

If you recently purchased a Silver, Gold, or Platinum Subscription and are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, we will refund 100% of your subscription fee subject to the following conditions:

• You must request your refund via e-mail to support@onlinece.com within 14 days of the purchase. AND
• You must not have earned any certificates of completion.
