If you are not 100% satisfied with a course you have selected, STOP, and contact us immediately at If you have not completed the course, we would be able to provide you with a replacement course of equal or lesser value.

If you recently purchased a Silver, Gold, or Platinum Subscription and are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, we will refund 100% of your subscription fee subject to the following conditions:

  • You must request your refund via e-mail to within 14 days of the purchase. AND
  • You must not have earned any certificates of completion.
